DART: The Korean Corporate Filing Repository
In the United States, corporate filings can be found on sec.gov, via EDGAR Search. On this site, you simply type in the corporate and you will have access to all the documents it has filed.
In Korea, there is a similar system.
DART is the Repository of Korea’s Corporate Filings, where you can find corporate filings, such as financial statements and corporate information. Listed and unlisted companies that are subject to external audit are bound by law to disclose their filing to this system. DART allows companies to submit their disclosures online, while allowing investors and the public to have direct access.
However, the Korean stock market is a relatively small market, so majority of the firms do not publish corporate filings in English. To ameliorate the language barrier, below is a translation of core concepts from Korean to English.

There is an API as well as an RSS that is developed for DART. You may use RSS to get feeds on specific corporates or on different types of filings of your choice. (This is not mentioned in the English version of DART)
If you search for DART APIs, you would, surely, come across ‘Dart’ API documentations, as in the ‘Dart’ programming Language. To avoid this, it is best to add some financial keywords in Korean, or search for ‘Open DART’.
